Seven Oaks Property Owners Association hosts a community garage sale twice a year on the last Saturday in March and September from 7am to 3pm.  On these dates, the gates will remain open to allow access to participating homes.  

Have items you didn't sell but need to get rid of?  Many charities will pick up items from your home.  If the items are in poor condition and too large for your trash, Pasco County has Solid Waste Facilities that will take your items.
